The prompt library alone is worth the time, properly detailed prompts covering every stage of a launch. You paste in your own material and get real output you can actually use. Been in IT 10+ years and the PACSS guardrails stuff was the bit that surprised me, marketing courses never usually care about that side and this one built guardrails into every single prompt.

Thank you, Noelle, for today. The workshop was truly amazing. I arrived with a raw idea, and the session helped me refine it, narrow it down and turn it into something much clearer and more practical. It definitely took a different direction from my original plan, but that was exactly what it needed. I now have a clear offer and actionable steps to bring the service to market. Today's session was about becoming an AI Agentic Practitioner. I really enjoyed it and learned a lot about the process behind building AI agents. This year's class was a bit different from last year's—more technically focused—but it provided a solid foundation in the tools, design patterns, and deployment approaches used to build agentic systems. Before joining this community, I was looking for practical, hands-on use cases I could apply right away. I wanted real examples, concrete ideas, and a space to learn how others were actually using these approaches in practice. I am finding the tips and specific examples very helpful!

Up until I met Noelle and joined her community I had a very basic understanding of AI. In fact, most of my experience with it was primarily based on trial an error leading to countless nights of googling and scouring github for a way to use AI the way I imagined it could be. I have only been apart of the community for a few days but after just viewing the sheer magnitude of information shared in her community my eyes are glued open. As a current student in college and a full time father having the information I seek in one place by someone so passionate gives me a renewed sense of purpose when tackling problems during my studies. I'm almost ashamed I hadn't discovered this trove of information sooner.

The AWS AI Practioner prep workshop was so thoughtfully designed and expertly delivered by Noelle. The content and more importantly the testing practice helped me feel supremely ready to take the exam with confidence. The repetition of key concepts with examples helped with my knowledge retention and the Q&A sessions help solidy my understanding. I highly recommend this workshop for anyone looking to build a strong foundation & credibility in AI. The learning experience was fun and engaging. I learnt so much in a few days. I'm starting 2026 right as I've completed Noelle R.'s Responsible AI Leader Certification! As a product marketer, I'm not just messaging AI features, I'm shaping how customers understand, trust, and adopt AI-powered solutions. To do this effectively, I learned new AI governance frameworks, ethical considerations, and responsible practices that underpin successful AI implementation. I explored how to support organizational AI adoption while driving measurable business impact. One of the most valuable components was completing a course project where I developed an AI implementation strategy for a simulated company and analyzed the marketing implications. This exercise gave me a comprehensive view of AI, from governance and strategy to implementation, and from customer adoption and support.

Discovering the AI Leadership Institute has been a delightful and adventurous journey. What I like about the community is the involvement and positivity everyone has for each other. If you can take the non-techie that I am and turn me into a certified bot-builder in one session--YOU ARE PHENOMENAL! Noelle has a talent in taking complex ideas and concepts and making them understandable in everyday language. Her passion and expertise were so palpable that it overrode my imposter syndrome that I began the bot builder class. I completed the class with a bot that served a small restaurant and the knowledge and confidence to build more. I've sat in other bot builder sessions and COULD NOT get it. Noelle and her skilled and compassionate team made THEE difference.

In my time, I have worked with hundreds of CEOs, CFOs, and CTOs/CIOs, from startups to large multinationals. It is my job to recognize talent and Noelle Russell is one of the best. First saw her speak at StartUp World Cup regionals in Miami. Then had a chance to hear her speak at GPTuesdays and to learn about her Responsible AI leadership initiative and her other projects. This lady is a legend for her role in the creation of Amazon Alexa, as well as projects at Microsoft and other places. She has network engineering and full stack programming skills, on top of proven business side skills. Few have taken a business unit from creation to over $100 million dollars in less than a year, as she has done. To be able to learn from such an individual is a rare chance, so I signed up as soon as possible. If you are a company, non-profit, school or government agency, she is a person you want to help you design your AI programs responsibly. Her slogan is from the board room to the white board to the keyboard and her track record shows that she very much delivers. Every chance I get, I recommend her. Consider yourself lucky if you can get her for your organization / project. Also, she is a great communicator and so efficient.

I have come to know Noelle from Women in leadership course that she ran and I immediately felt the passion and grit I was on the look for! Noelle did inspire me to continue on my journey and opened my eyes to many opportunities of growth, she always gave practical advice and a sound course of action. What was your situation before joining our community? 🤔 Before joining I ❤️ AI was an avid follower and supporter of Noelle and then got an invite to hear her share about becoming a AI Solutionist Architect and she mentioned the group. I’ve been playing around with AI and trying to learn as much as I can but this is the first real group where I am intentionally learning and it’s very non pressure, super chill and fun vibes. Everyone is kind and open to sharing information. It just makes you want to keep going and going and going :) I look forward to digging in and learning more about different AI tools that are available to me and how I can use them to be effective in Business Operations and/or digital marketing tasks. I’m even willing to challenge myself to one day build my own AI bot that possibly others can use one day!

I just heard Noelle at the ioi Summit in Chicago and her keynote on AI was very informative.
